Instantized processing improves mixability, ensuring the powder disperses cleanly in water or milk without clumping. Whey concentrate delivers essential amino acids and BCAAs with a slightly richer flavor profile and texture compared to isolate-only formulas.†

Instantized Whey Protein Isolate — ultra-filtered whey with higher protein concentration and reduced fat and lactose compared to concentrate. The inclusion of isolate alongside concentrate gives 100% Whey a more complete amino acid delivery profile — faster-absorbing isolate works together with concentrate for both immediate and sustained amino acid availability post-workout.†

MCT Oil Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides) — a clean-burning fat source derived from coconut, metabolized directly by the liver as fuel rather than stored. Adds creaminess to the texture and contributes a small amount of fast-burning energy to each serving.†

Organic Agave Inulin — a prebiotic soluble fiber that supports gut health and digestive comfort. Relevant for high-protein supplement users who process significant daily protein loads and benefit from gut barrier support. Also contributes to the smooth, creamy texture.†

Pink Himalayan Salt — provides trace minerals and enhances flavor without the harsh taste of standard sodium chloride.

Full ingredients (Vanilla): Instantized Whey Protein Concentrate, Instantized Whey Protein Isolate, MCT Oil Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Gum Acacia, Sodium Caseinate), Organic Agave Inulin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Pink Himalayan Salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Soy and/or Sunflower Lecithin, Sucralose, Ground Vanilla Beans, Silicon Dioxide, Acesulfame Potassium.

Full ingredients (Chocolate): Same as above with Cocoa Processed with Alkali substituted for Ground Vanilla Beans.

<>

Frequently Asked Questions About Nutrex 100% Whey Protein

Why does Nutrex 100% Whey use both concentrate and isolate instead of just isolate?
Isolate-only proteins are excellent for purity and speed of absorption but tend to cost significantly more and can produce a thinner, less satisfying texture. Concentrate adds creaminess, a richer amino acid matrix from the full whey protein fraction, and a lower cost per serving without meaningfully compromising quality. The combination gives you the absorption benefits of isolate alongside the fuller taste and texture of concentrate — which is why most well-rounded, value-focused protein formulas use a blend rather than going isolate-only. If you specifically need zero lactose or maximum protein purity, Nutrex IsoFit (100% whey isolate) is the alternative in the Nutrex lineup.†

Is Nutrex 100% Whey amino spiked?
No. Amino spiking is the practice of adding cheap free-form amino acids like taurine or glycine to a protein powder to inflate the nitrogen content and make the protein content appear higher on the label than the actual whey protein content would support. Nutrex specifically formulates 100% Whey without this practice — the 24g of protein per serving comes entirely from the whey protein concentrate and isolate blend, not from added free-form aminos. This is worth paying attention to when comparing price-per-serving across protein brands.†

What size is the best value and how many servings are in each?
The 2lb container provides approximately 26 servings, the 5lb provides approximately 64 servings, and the 10lb provides approximately 128 servings. Per-serving cost drops significantly with larger sizes. For athletes going through a full scoop daily, the 5lb or 10lb is the most economical option. If you're trying a new flavor for the first time, the 2lb lets you test it before committing to a larger tub. All three sizes are available at Get Yok'd both online and in store.

When is the best time to take Nutrex 100% Whey?
Post-workout is the primary use case — whey protein's fast-digesting nature makes it ideal for the post-training window when muscle protein synthesis is elevated and the body has a heightened ability to utilize amino acids for repair and growth. Mix 1 scoop in 6-8oz of cold water or milk within 30 minutes of finishing your workout. It can also be used at any time during the day as a high-protein meal addition or between-meal protein boost when dietary protein intake needs supplementing.†

Does Nutrex 100% Whey mix well and what does it taste like?
Yes — the instantized processing of both protein sources means it disperses cleanly in a shaker cup with just water, no blender required. The combination of MCT oil powder and agave inulin gives it a noticeably smooth and creamy texture compared to standard whey concentrate-only formulas. The Vanilla flavor uses real ground vanilla beans in the formula. Customer reviews consistently call out the taste and mixability as a standout for the price point — it performs well above its cost compared to premium-priced isolate-only products.

<>

How to Take Nutrex 100% Whey Protein

Mix 1 scoop into 6-8oz of cold water, milk, or any beverage of your choice in a shaker cup. Shake well until fully dissolved. For a thicker, creamier shake use milk or blend with ice. Best consumed post-workout or anytime during the day to meet your daily protein targets. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.†

<>

Other Nutrex Research Products at Get Yok'd

Nutrex IsoFit Whey Isolate — 100% whey isolate via cross-flow microfiltration for maximum purity, 25g protein, lower lactose

Nutrex Outlift Pre-Workout — Nutrex's flagship clinically dosed pre-workout formula

<>

Why Buy Supplements at Get Yok'd

Real-time inventory across all five Southern California stores

Available in Burbank, Glendale, Glendale Galleria, Pasadena, and North Hollywood

Authorized retailer of Nutrex Research

One of the best loyalty programs in the supplement industry — earn rewards on every purchase

Owned and operated by fitness enthusiasts who actually use what we sell

<>

Who Should Not Take Nutrex 100% Whey Protein

Contains milk (whey) and soy — not suitable for individuals with dairy or soy allergies

Not suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance who require a completely lactose-free formula — consider Nutrex IsoFit (whey isolate) as an alternative

Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a pre-existing medical condition

Do not use as a sole source of nutrition

Keep out of reach of children

†These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
